Run large, can't tighten
I think these run at least a half size large if not a full size. But my other main issue is that you can't tighter the laces so I felt that my feet sliding around inside the shoe. I wonder if that is due more to the sizing issue.

Like the slip on
So easy to get on and off but for support I prefer the lace up version. These 2 are the only shoes I wear now. No more ASICs , my former go to shoe for years.

Very comfortable shoes
The space for my toes is perfect. Good arch support makes for comfortable walking. The slip on feature is also perfect for me.
