I like having these shakes at lunchtime particularly if I’ve had a carb heavy day the day before. Skip breakfast, a shake at lunchtime and I’m back on track. Great for a protein boost too. 👍

It's hard to find vegan meal replacement shakes, even harder to find vegan keto! The very low carbs in the shakes mean I can keep carbs under 20g a day. I add 5 ml of MCT oil. I have found them to be filling, I'm not getting hungry in between as I have done with other meal replacements. They taste good! It's a bit too soon to report on results, but did lose 1 kg in less than a week.Hoping to continue losing, and lose more over a full week
