Ranger 3.0 Pro

I received my bike and I love the look fastness etc but 3 days after assembling it I realize after taking it for a spin that the left hand break is very very loose and has no grip. Which I reported on the website under request and ask for someone to help me by twlling me how to fixed it and it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back anything. Which I’m still waiting patiently but that’s probably a little naïve of me because I can just return it because to not have one break. Work is very very dangerous since this is a very fast bike and to say i haven’t had the bike for a month.

I love that it is foldable, lightweight and the right height
