The chair is made with excellent quality. Very roomy and steady. The only reason I did not give it 5 Stars was the elevation level for my legs. If the leg rest could elevate 6-10" higher would be awesome, especially for others like me with lower leg circulatory issues.

We like this chair. But I admit that he almost returned it. But we couldn’t find what he used to have so he’s going to have to make do. We bought it because of the size and durability but we really wish it had a USB to charge a device. It is a solid well built chair. His old chair was 20 years old and just wore out. It was handed down so we don’t know who made it or where it was purchased. The heat and massage will rarely get used as it upsets his stomach. It’s also very difficult it flip down the extended footrest. He can’t lift his legs easily and needs help to get that piece extended and help isn’t always available. His old chair had adjustable lumbar support built in to the chair. It could be adjusted as needed. The pieces of support that were provided are basically useless because he only wants lumbar support occasionally. He complains less each day so I guess he’s getting used to it.
