It took 17 days to recieve my package. It took about a day before it had "shipped," so I was excited for it to arrive quickly. I paid $10 for priority shipping instead of free shipping. An entire week passed before tracking updated. It then sat in one spot for another week. I messaged support and they blew me off saying that they couldn't tell me more than the tracking did. My package arrived in a very tightly wrapped sealable package. Once opened, there was 3 layers of bubble wrap, which did not protect the boxes from being damaged at all. Several were damaged and one even leaked which got everything sticky. Not a very pleasant experience, let alone for $200+.

Absolutely horrible. It took two weeks after I ordered and paid 280 Canadian to be notified via tracking that my order is actually not being shipped. I basically paid for an order I never received. A call by Mastercard and advised of the fraudulent act commended by Elegiar. Do yourself a favour and avoid ordering from them and having to go through the headache of getting reimbursed for an order you will not receive.

Products are fake, sticky, and reek of chemicals. Reached out for refund/cancellation from seller before the order shipped, they refused. Shipping took forever. No customer service, seller just threatens. This page removes bad reviews every few weeks.
