Ceremonial Matcha

This is my second order from Suna I tried the hochija protein the first time around and it was great for those who like a more chocolatey taste but the matcha definitely has my heart. The matcha is so versatile I put it in my chia pudding with some in season fruits or drink it as a hot matcha latte or even a protein shake when I don’t have time to make anything fancy with it.

I really like this matcha protein. One thing I would recommend to change is finding a protein that doesn’t have iron. Because matcha interferes with iron absorption. I would also prefer less sweetness. Everyone should have the option to add their own level of sweetness. I usually don’t add sweetener in anything lol

It’s got a great taste if you are into matcha lattes, I don’t notice the protein after taste. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk, and it’s richer than just with water. You get 20g of protein at the same time too, and I don’t feel guilty compared to having a fully sweetened diary based matcha latte. 10/10!
