No matter how tight I tighten the headrest in the position related to the foraward-backward (horizontal) axis at my desired point, the headrest gets pushed backwards overtime and I have to readjust it every 1-2 days! Very disappointed in that aspect. But the quality of the product feels on par wirh the Aeron.
