Tangled to the point where I couldn't get it untangled like knots after only wearing it once for a few hours. I don't recommend, it's low quality. Customer service said it's not a manufacturer defect and didn't even bother to offer an exchange for another item.

I love this necklace. I have a lot of jewellery from lori-lori and its all great quality and long lasting :). Would recommend and would buy again!
