2 times no reply from customer support

I made two larger orders. The miniatures have a good quality but there where issues with both of my orders: in the first order I got delivered 1 different set of minis, then which I had ordered and in the second order one large, expensive mini came with a broken off leg that was not to be found anywhere in the package. I wrote to the customer support two times and got no reaction. I will not order in this shop anymore.
