2X4 XP Gatorbak Bunk System - Assembly Required

The system was ok to install. Will wait and see how it holds up. You would think that at least one end of the material would have a straight cut on it but that was not the case. The end caps need something inside the screw hole to not allow the screw to penetrate through the rubber material. Have to be very careful not to over tighten. I thought the material would wrap around the bottom of the 2x4 but that was not the case. After receiving the material I was somewhat disappointed as the videos led me to believe different. If the bunks hold up It will be worthwhile. Will wait and see how durable they are before being able to provide feedback overall. My hope is they hold up well but will have to wait and see.

They do what they say they do and work properly no complains, not too hard to install I put them on new 6ft 2x4 bunks I had cut from untreated southern yellow pine and it holds my yamaha wave runner fine and should last longer than the carpet that was original on my 2007 shorelandr trailer and of course will dry much faster and not keep the bunk wrapped in water for days.

Customer service was and great shipped fast. No more staples, no more carpet, bunks seem to dry faster, loads faster, and overall it’s a cleaner look. Only regret is not splurging for the lights.
