I have been taking your product only a week. I feel a little difference but it takes time for the build up to occur. I feel in another week or so I will be seeing a big difference. I purchased a 2 month supply, so I will not interrupt the progress and build up.

One capsule a day makes me very tired, can’t imagine what the suggestion of two would do. Have others experienced this? Looking for options….

I started taking the mind capsules well over a year ago. Lions mane is the best. My lady and I both take the mind capsules and she in particular notices a difference if she misses a day or two. I take them faithfully every day. My focus and memory is improving. I tell people of the benefits of Lions Mane....Great product...
