I use these tools daily and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and precision of them. I am a professional heavy equipment mechanic and I know it can be difficult to navigate outside of the comfort zone as far as tools. So many claim to be as good as such and such etc. With the gripedge line up you don't have to worry. They are 10/10 excellent down to a well made holder for the sockets themselves. Recommended by Dave Rome of Escape Collective in his fantastic "Threaded" tool article, so picked these up. Haven't used these very extensively yet but so far everything I've used them on, the fitment is flawless. My previous go-to hex tools were SK, and they now seem sloppy and lose in the same fasteners. I don't expect I'll ever use the 7mm size but the rest will get routine use, it's a perfect range for bicycle mechanics.

Perfect fit

I just received my set of Gripedge 1/4" and used them today for the first time and I was kinda shocked at the fit. There is no movement in the fit of the hex/bolt interface. Wera was my goto hex set for aluminum bolts, but now it is definitely the Gripedge. One more thing you can also use these as a regular set of hex sockets as they are not solely made as an extractor.
