Excellent sound for music, was powerful and crisp, when used for phone conversation, the microphone picks up simply too much ambient noise and loses some of the voice quality.

My partner loves these earbuds and has reported that they are hearing subtle details of music that they hadn't noticed before. I'm very happy that Sennheiser is still doing a great job at providing a high quality listening experience. Also Stephen is not writing this review, I simply put the order in his name so if he found the package and opened it before I did he would have a nice surprise.

Doesn’t stay connected to phone. Extremely frustrating when I have to consistently reconnect
