Very unique design

I liked the design very much I just find the pricing listed on website very confusing. I understand there are a lot of variations but it would be helpful for you to include some information on whether two story is more economical than one what floor plans are most cost effective etc… your online pricing that is listed has over $100/sq price difference on same square footage from design to design. Thanks
