Weird sizing

I’ve never felt so let down by this brand before than when I tried this on that I bought myself for my birthday. I’ve had such a good experience so far that I was confident that it would be true to size so I took the tag off and tried it on, it hardly fit, it bunched in areas and was just too small. Well, taking the tag off really bit me cause now they won’t let me return it even though it hasn’t been worn, only tried on. I guess I’ll try to sew it in a way that makes some extra room. 2 stars cause the quality is still nice even though it’s not true to size and is too small.

I have the red one too. I had to size up to a large in the black one because the fabric is not stretchy like the red.

Super lovely pinafore. It fits but I agree that it is a little tighter than I was expecting. I would have exchanged for a size up but I'm still losing weight so I think it will be fine. I love the length and feel like I will be able to style it in so many ways.
