Poor ethics. Vero advertized free shipping above a threshold amount. But I did not qualify. When I queried them about it, they said the amount had increased some time back. They did not update the amount on the website nor honor what they published. I selected USPS with an estimate of 7-21 days shipping. It shipped under a different carrier and a month later, I have not recieved it. I queried Vero multiple times about the stalled tracking. Vero simply said that it had not past the estimated date of delivery and I simply had to wait. It has long past the estimated date I agreed to when I ordered it. At no time did Vero even APOLOGIZE for my worry or poor experiece and brushed me off. You should read the proud curt replies to my queries as though they were doing me a favor instead of taking care of their CUSTOMERS. I thought I was supporting a niche business but I realize now that Vero lacks ethics and the owner is a prideful person who thinks too highly of his products.
