MP3 Sauna

From fully dissatisfied with delivery to fully satisfied when used!

The White Glove delivery is very misleading... I thought I paid for the white glove delivery, the 2 men with complete set up of sauna... instead I had 3 oversized boxes show up with one driver, a little guy at that... I photographed the broken shipping crate before helping the driver off load the boxes to my garage... I previously sent pictures to Chilly Goat to show the specific route and final resting spot... The driver, who spoke no English and I speak ,poquito Spanish... Driver left, I called Chilly Goat 4-5 times with no call back for a day... The reason I selected the Chilly Goat sauna was for the craftsmanship they seemed to be built with but also the delivery and full set up.. I am going for cancer treatments and didn't want to screw around with assembling.... A few days later, one of my sons came to the house and helped me assemble... very easy I might add, great instructions and the quality of workmanship was evident with every piece! I finished the install and turned it in! To my delight and joy every day since the sauna is everything I hoped it would be... my workouts are nothing like before my surgery and on going radiation, however, the Sauna is my favorite part of every day.. The heat, lighting and sound system are awesome! I look forward to enjoying the Chilly Goat Sauna for many years to come!! I love it... Thank you... Clean up the White glove delivery language and you are an A+!
