This is a delicious Ethiopian. I should note for anyone who buys it that the beans look medium roasted but they taste and function like a light roast. They are very dense, I can fit 20 grams into my portafilter that usually can only fit 18-18.5 of light roasted coffee.

Not as good as last year's batch

I had purchased this coffee about a year ago and I really liked it (my personal rating was 4.5 out of 5). But this time I gave it a 3.5 out of 5. The tasting notes of papaya are spot on. While I do like papaya, I found that I don't care for that flavor in my coffee. I did prefer a flat white over a pour over. I felt like the milk helped to mute the stronger notes.

Very nice, smooth sipper

Very nice, smooth flavor. Easy, clean, hints of fruit and very sweet. Best results for me with half strength 3rd wave water.
