Very impressive service.

Cartridges arrived quickly. Received an email giving a point of contact if I have issues. I had a question and received a response very quickly and after hours. I’ll use True Image Tech again. The added benefit is putting it to HP! They’re mercenary in their prices.

Doesn’t work with my printer. No way to turn off Auto Update.
