Buyer beware: contains guar gum. If you have gastrointestinal issues after eating this product, this unnecessary substance may be to blame. I’ll consider buying again only once the emulsifiers are gone. The flavors are decent for a health food product but not delicious.

I am quite happy with these products. They are a great start to mu days. I feel full bit not weigjted down. I would suggest being adventurous with your flavor selections. They are all very good
