Too light, does not give any protection to the feer

Male young staff (forgot to mark down his name) was attentive, patiently, and courteous. I tried a few pairs, and could not make up my mind. I prefer to wear my 5 toes socks and try on the shoes again. Staff was polite and replied with the same smile (as I have first started trying in shoes) : no problem, come back to try again. I returned to the shop the same day in the evening and bought a pair. Note: I received an email from MTR stating that the claim of points was not successful due to receipt. Not sure what had happened. I uploaded images of both hard and soft copied.
