The name and numbers on the back of the case are off-centered and slanted. I contacted the support team twice now about getting a refund or the case remade and was told that I would hear from the "corresponding area" and the quality control department and both times I heard nothing after that. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency.

Looks amazing perfect color choice and looks like my phone is wearing Chicago's sweater. Only thing I find off about it is the material they made it with. At first it's super slippery but gets better over time. Overall 9/10

The case looks really great but I have one complaint about this case you can’t even touch the silent button on iphone 15 pro.
