It’s very comfortable and nearly perfect! The taller side folds in on itself during the night so it doesn’t keep the right height. If they can add a bottom layer or make the edge thicker, or add some thicker support inside then it would be great. It’s the most comfortable pillow I have at the moment and I have a lot of pillows

The Bubpad pillow did not work for me, or any family member. I reached out to their customer service about returning it. The return info was sent to me, I packaged it for return, went to post office, and was informed it was several hundred dollars to return, to Australia. So it was going to cost more to return, than it was to purchase. So I donated it. Unfortunate situation all around.

Not what I expected

I didn't find this comfortable unfortunately. It's really heavy & just so but odd to be honest. Not what I was expecting.
