Too small for long hair Hijabi

This product is made for teenagers not a mature hijabi women . The snap on cap very small and doesn’t fit properly . I purchased five caps . That they did not fit , very light and can slide back easily . The company want to charge me 27.84$ for shipping and stacking fee . I did not buy other products , however I do not like their policy specially they are a new product and still under review
