Matching Paws Personalized Dog Harness and Strong Rope Lead Set (XS to 2XL)

My dog keeps getting out of the collar ive tried to tighten it but it just loosens itself

It is to big for my dog as he only a puppy but the lead is very strong the harness looks lovely but i can't use it yet as my puppy needs to grow a bit
