I have added this company to my do not purchase from list due to inadequate shipping practices. The box was thin and clumsy for three heavy books. They used one bubble mailer to wrap all three and that was all the padding you got. The box was very small so every book got damaged. They replaced it, but replaced it the same exact way, and then I had to advocate for a return/refund. They did give this to me after the second set arrived in worse condition then the first set. In adequate shipping aside, the books did not feel nice. They were inconsistencies throughout the entire set. I didn’t like the paper quality. The sprayed edges looked cheap. Overall im glad they accepted the refund/return
