MUNBYN RW405B Dual-Color Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer with Label Holder

Easy setup and great thermal printing in black/red/blue. My only issue is that the Munbyn Editor doesn't allow you to customize uploaded photos for two-color labels. You have to use their internal text/graphic catalogue for any red/blue details because it turns any uploaded photos black and white. Overall the printer was a good purchase, but it would be great if Munbyn could update their Editor to recognize and keep any printable colors from uploaded photos.

Easy set up!

So far I am happy with this purchase. The printer was super east to set up. This is the 1st thermal printer I have used, it took me a minute to figure out the scale when printing.

Like it but.....

I like using this printer especially with the holder that keeps the printer and labels in-place. There are two things I absolutely dislike from this company as well as other companies selling label printers. First is the less than helpful instruction manual. While it covers set-up, it does not cover which drivers to download for a Windows desktop, nor what to do if the printer does not recognize the size label - even if it is from the same company. My other dislike is the website for the same reasons as above. It is helpful to find what labels you might want to purchase, but when going to the page with the printer on it, again, there is nothing about a manual that actually describes the procedures for recognizing labels, downloading any drivers or more importantly, how to print if the user cannot download the driver in Windows.
