Buyer beware

I ordered a Messenger bag and they sent me the wrong one. When I contacted them for an exchange, the email came back as undeliverable. I tried two more times and each time it still came back undeliverable. There was no phone number listed so I called American Express and they gave me a phone number. When I called, all I could get was “mailbox full “ I wonder if this company even exists anymore.
