The packaging is amazing. I had an issue with my first order with hugz and their customer service team is absolutely amazing! We were able to resolve everything and their stuffed animals are so cute, the perfect gift!

I did not expect to love this turtle so much, but he's fantastic. Very huggable. Makes sleeping better, and with his shape, he balances perfectly on my stomach.
