Parts Problems

I think the diagrams, videos and the comprehensive listing of all parts for a specific sized floating dock was great and this is why I purchased my Dock Edge. What I was disappointed in was the packaging of the heavier carriage bolts where I opened a box and the thin plastic containers were busted with parts falling out of the shipping box. I had lots of missing parts, too many other parts and even though when I called and received prompt service and delivery, one shipment of parts was totally wrong. If more quality control could be implemented to avoid customers not receiving what they need when they need it, your company IMHO would outpace your competition. I could have selected one of your competitors, but the Dock Edge information was so totally comprehensive it saved me a lot of time figuring out what was required.
