Usually, products come in their own box inside a protective shipping box, but this arrived with just the two sturdy cup boxes taped together. The delivery was fast, and there is nothing wrong with the product itself, but the boxes are covered in tape, and peeling it off only makes them look messier. Since this is a gift, the recipient will have to see this messy packaging, which ruins the opening experience. I won’t deduct stars since everything else was fine, but I really dislike this packaging method.
