This rod is ultra light weight, at 10.5’ it is perfectly designed for surf fishing targeting perch, strippers and the likes. It has a shorter back handle so the reel is placed closer to the angler and thus less stain on the elbow. Love the design and the Hawaiian islands logo on the shaft of the rod.
