Quality luxury mahjong set and great customer service

I purchased this mahjong set as a gift for my wife who recently began playing mahjong. The set arrived six days after ordering, even with personalization. The craftsmanship and quality are top notch. The tiles are beautiful. The tile racks snap together magnetically, which is very cool. Everything fits together nicely and ergonomically in its case. One of the tile racks we received did not fit with its other “half”, and The Craft House immediately responded to our email about this issue and shipped us two replacement tile racks. Great customer service. My wife loves the set! Note it does not come with pushers or a mat, but there are plenty of options for those accessories to be found online.

Stunning Set

My wife surprised me with the notion she wanted to learn to play Mahjong, and that she wanted a nice looking, wooden, traditional set. I know zero about Mahjong, but I do know a thing or two about wood and metal craft. I watched the nicely done video on how they’re made, and that did it for me. Not inexpensive, but the craftsmanship is outstanding. My wife was overjoyed with her birthday gift. Extremely well packaged - I was genuinely impressed with the packaging care. Despite their careful attention, FedEx got a bit ham-handed in its shipping and the back side of the bottom tray separated a bit at the corner tenons. Not a big deal at all for me to repair, more of a heads up for the folks at Craft House to keep in mind for the next time they have a chat with their FedEx rep. Overall, I, and more importantly my bride of 30 years, are very pleased.
