Terrible company. Ordered one of these and it had a massive dead spot in the middle of the board could only touch the very outside of the screen and after contacting support 5 times I finally got a response back they asked for video proof of the board not working due to a dead spot I sent them the proof and then they completely ghosted me again and haven’t heard back.

Ordered the life board after seeing others use it at a Star Wars Unlimited event, but I received the wrong item (a life puck) and have had no response from the company.
update two weeks of no response, 0 stars.

I ordered this a couple months ago and noticed a few issues like having to tap multiple times to change the counter, it was annoying but manageable. A couple weeks later it got worse and the counter started dying super quick even though it was fully charged. I contacted them almost a month ago for a return and still haven't gotten a response. I don't recommend this product.
