First and foremost the customer service is top notch. I was in a panic trying to order my daughter‘s prom dress on time. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. It was late at night. I called customer service. They answered the phone and quickly resolved my issue. They canceled my order and re-ordered this dress in the correct size a size 4. I told them the date of my daughter’s prom. Which was four weeks away and they made sure that they got it here early and on time. Now let’s get into this dress. The dress itself was everything we could’ve imagined and more the dress is stunning also beautifully made!! My daughter got so many compliments on it. She looked beautiful, happy radiant and confident! I will warn you it’s covered in glitter, but all that glitter’s and gold was well worth it. We did take it to the dry cleaner and I believe they steamed the dress because I couldn’t get the wrinkles out of the bottom of the dress. I tried to steam it with my iron and it did not work. Don’t second guess it. Buy the dress you won’t regret it. 💛🖤
