the title is pretty self-explanatory. Sadly, my gym has only bumber plates so I'm pretty limited with how much more I can load due to the thickness of each plate. However the kingpin becomes very helpful with microloading too and I highly recommend getting one

Best progressive overload tool along the best ones. The only pin that can make my adductor machine still a challenge

First day of use

First use today : on the leg extension with 10kg it’s perfect But on the adductor machine, I added 75kg and the pin seems to slide a little and lean out the machine. I checked the machine and it’s compatible (hammer strenght). Maybe I misplaced the pin. I will see in the coming days how it is going But globally I appreciate the product
