Philips 3000 Series Wi-Fi Retrofit Lock with Keypad

Love this smart lock.

Purchased the keypad version but cannot get the keypad set up in the app. The retrofit door lock works fine, except it is unable to work with Apple Home or Siri. While trying to set up the keypad, I get to the point of making the LED flash green on the keypad, however, the app won’t let me press to continue after that, thus making set up of the keypad impossible. I have contacted customer service, but they only sent an initial response back, asking for the ESN number and further details, though my initial request was very specific explaining what the issue was and the steps I had taken so far. No response since, so may have to end up returning this. The app also seems to be somewhat broken in other ways with some sections not working or having any info to display, such as FAQ, languages, etc. I have never had an issue with a Philips product until now and with the lack of support for the price you pay, I may reconsider any future puchases with them.
