What a great little book. I had been taking a class on how to practice and how to focus on certain things by limiting what you practice on and BOOM! I stumbled across this amazing notebook that does just that, plus helps you by setting up your goals and noting your progress. All the things that I was learning in that class. Focusing on just what you need to focus on, it acts like a diary and an inspirational journal that keeps you on track so you don’t wander too deep in the weeds and get lost and overwhelmed, going nowhere in your musical endeavors.
