A helpful little device! Takes a while to get used to and become comfortable sleeping with, but has definitely improved both mine and my wife's sleep greatly. It can be tricky to clean all of the little nooks and crannies, thus I highly recommend an ultrasonic cleaner.

Started to come apart a few nights. It has certainly helped with less snoring, but the soft plastic started separating from the hard plastic after a few nights.
