I never received my product after more than one month and did not receive any updates on the status of my order unless I repeatedly messaged the business owner. Even then, I did not receive responses that solved my issue. My order was eventually marked as delivered but it was delivered to a totally wrong address in a different state?? I wish I could give 0 stars. I’m sorry you’re a small business and have limited resources but try to get the existing orders you have right before launching new products and telling people to order new stuff.
