I LOVE this badge reel. I ordered two for my partner and I to match. So cute and the one that wasn’t faulty is super sturdy! On top of that when I notified Rescue Candy of the faulty reel they quickly replaced it without a fight which was super refreshing. Class act customer service and quality products all around!

Super cute badge reel. Seems sturdy but I’ll have to see how it holds up long term. Would recommend for EMS personnel.
