The necklace was ALMOST perfect. When it arrived and I opened the box i had to spend 3 hours to untangled the chain. That is a BIG issue that you guys need to work out. No one expected a chain to twisted and turned. This does effect postage weight is the ONLY reason you would do this. So am i disappointed in the product NO. Am i disappointed in presentation and packaging 100%. Will I buy something from you guys in the future will have to think about it more....
