I only wash my hair once a week and this was the second treatment and my shed hair after my shower is less than half the amount of shed hair that I usually find . Additionally my nails are very brittle but I have had no splitting or chipping since using the nail treatment. The treatments are so simple my ADHD brain can stay consistent. Love it!
