Best earrings and amazing customer service!

I had such a great experience with Adornmonde and wanted to share. I purchased the Frankie diamond U-shaped earring, and unfortunately within just two days, I noticed that the diamond earring head (the part that screws onto the U hoop) was missing. I honestly didn’t think there was anything that could be done, but I reached out to their customer service team to explain what happened. Jayson from Adornmonde responded and completely exceeded my expectations—he arranged to have the diamond earring head replaced at no charge. I was genuinely surprised and so appreciative of the support. It’s rare to come across customer service this thoughtful and responsive. This experience really solidified my trust in Adornmonde, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommend!

Rose Gold U Hoop

LOVE my Rose Gold U Hoop. Very comfortable. I bought for my helix and because my ear is thicker, I guess, I had to return the 5mm and get the 7mm. Not sure how the 5mm fits anybody unless the piercing is basically touching the outer ear. But, lots of compliments.

The second I put these in I tried to think of an excuse to buy more. They are even better in person. I actually had a super easy time putting them in with the accompanying tool but don’t think I’ll be changing them out for a while!
