Not what I thought

This item looks like it came with the doll and it doesn't. I have the item and in perfect condition, unused in the bag still. However, I cannot return it since its been over 30 days and pay a shipping fee is wrong. Please advise if you will send me something so I can print a label for shipping and return this item to get a full refund. Please advise and I appreciate your consideration. I feel like this was very unfair and misleading.
