I am extremely disappointed with my experience with your company. I placed this order over two weeks ago because I needed this outfit for an important event. According to your website, my dress was supposed to be delivered on 8/23. However, when I checked the UPS tracking information, it still stated that UPS was waiting for the shipping label to be created. Then, unexpectedly, I received a message yesterday stating that I would be receiving a refund. I am extremely frustrated by because there was absolutely no communication or explanation regarding the delay or cancellation of my order. Had I been notified sooner that there was an issue with my order, I would have had the opportunity to make other arrangements for my event. Instead, I was left believing that my order was on its way, only to find out at the last minute that it was apparently never shipped. I understand that things can happen, but the lack of communication and consideration for your customers is disappointing.
