I'm going to be 100% honest on this one ... They had a sale on their site and I am blown away at the deal I got. Amazing .... Once the item shipped it got here in a timely manner. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I paid extra for express shipping. I ordered the item on Aug the first. I followed up approximately on the fifth and received a response the next day. The follow up was because it had still not shipped. It finally shipped on the 9th and I received it on the 12th. This was the only hiccup in the whole process. But it did cause some anxiety because the item is for a trip I am leaving on the 14th for. I did appreciate the seller looking into and following up but I do feel let down at the extra charge for expedited shipping. With all that said ... I'm extremely happy with the product and will possibly shop their site again in the future if they have something in looking for. 😁
