Absolutely Delicious

I was very excited and keen to give this smoked honey a go, last weekend it didn’t disappoint. I added it as a final drizzle / glaze on some pork belly bites and it was divine. Sweet and heat that slowly rolls in at the end. I can’t wait to use it again
