Amazing blends of flavours

I was introduced to the Australian Buffalo Saucesat a chilli festival in Brisbane by my mate, Gary, and have not looked back since. The Sassy is a perfect blend for those that don't like hot heat, but are chasing a nice mild sauce. This can literally go on anything - even a salad. The new Banana sauce is phenomenal - a step up in spice and flavour over the Sassy sauce, with the Banana flavour not being overpowering in the sauce at all. The Carolina Reaper sauce is a lovely blend made to give you the heat of the reaper, but the flavours to make it a tolerable spicy sauce - works great on most things as well. If you want to try get into Reaper sauces - this is the one for you. I also found the Buffalo Sauce sa,mple bottle amazing - I've thrown it through a pulled pork and on chicken wings, and its just erfect. Hotter than a pub buffalo sauce, but mild enough to not burn your face off.

I love this sauce, it’s hot without blowing your head off, but full of flavour as well. I always have it in my fridge now.
