Mug was missing from my main order, quick phone call and nothing but apologies, mistakes happen and another was sent out straight away, and when I received it I was impressed for the price, its top quality, doesn't look or feel cheap... so very happy with the whole service I received, will not hesitate to order online again, quality clothes and accessories.
